Job Requirements: BS or MS degree and 15 years experience in Senior Estimating. Proficient in Microsoft Software. Pre-construction services, requiring conceptual estimating, change order analysis and value engineering. Must follow & operate within the Estimating Department Procedures guidelines along with other industry standard practices. Prefer experience in the refining E & C industry. Good verbal and written communication skills.

Job Responsibilities: Estimate – Conceptual and detailed estimating. Candidate should be able to work in design/construct situations as part of the project team. Duties to include the ability to take the lead on estimating assignments, collect information, work with the discipline teams, and mentor junior estimator. General knowledge required of all phases of construction, along with a specialty discipline such as Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical or Electrical is desirable.
