Commonwealth is very proud of it's many achievements and awards, in particular our safety recognition.  Here are a few of our achievements:

Most distinguished:

• 1.4 million manhours without a First Aid Case
• 2 million manhours without an OSHA Recordable
• 3.3 million manhours without a Lost Time Accident
  
• 1 – Excellence Achievement Award for having incident rates below the national average
  
• 1 – Industry Leader Award for having an annual incident rate lower than any other company in our North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS)
  This placed CEC in the top 5% of all companies in the United States for safety performance in 2007
• Safety Excellence through Training Achievement Award –
  a total of 60 companies applied for this award, 1 award is given per year 2007

•  1 Contractor Merit award for acquiring – 1.8 million manhours without a lost time incident
